UWSA Round-table Discussions

The UWSA values your ideas, questions, feedback, and opinions on topics of importance to you. The UWSA President, Trevor Grove,  hosted a series of informal “round-table” discussions on topics of interest to uWaterloo staff. UWSA area representatives and executive members will also be participating in the sessions.

Each month, there was two round-tables:

Some other topics that have been suggested for the fall include: training and development, organizational change, working environment and culture, and succession planning. Please let Trevor know if you have other topics of interest that you would like discussed (uwsa.president@uwaterloo.ca).

Why become a member?

Since 1975, the UWSA has been working for staff at the University of Waterloo. If you are having difficulties on campus we have staff that can help you improve your situation. There are also discounted tickets for attractions in the area and other discounts for members that we are continuously working on. Have a look at our Memorandum of Agreement to see all the responsibilities the UWSA has at UW.
